VERDICT: Kyle does not concede the position to Hunter by with the blue bar at under 1 second for long periods of time and races him aggressively as a lapper on multiple occasions.

PENALTY: Kyle showed a lack of respect to the other racers on the track as a lapper which appeared intentional.  This is completely unacceptable in rF racing competition and will not be tolerated.  Kyle Robb will be banned indefinitely from rF gaming competition.
