Description: Fred was letting leaders pass him until I got behind him and I was less than a second behind him for nearly half a lap and he never made an attempt at moving until finally making a mistake in the main line which caused me to go down. I was really close to him when we made contact and he showed zero intention of moving over for me and ultimately cost me a few positions.
