Description: at 32:33 cody was lagging really bad so i go outside to try get a drive to pass him and at 32:47 he decides he wants to try and give me a legs and brakes checks me causing me to go down and lose a position

Verdict: Both riders are lagging for each other, no penalties for lag related incidents. 1 week suspension for aggressive racing on Cody for brake checking.
